Building a team has been one of the most challenging yet rewarding parts of this journey. I had this idea that I needed to find people with all the right skills, but I quickly realized that cultural fit and shared values matter more than technical expertise.

Hiring for Fit

The first few hires were a struggle. I focused so much on the technical side that I didn’t consider the long-term team dynamics. It’s been a learning curve, but now I focus more on finding people who align with the company's mission and culture.
