Early on, I tried to be everything to everyone. But the truth is, the best businesses are those that focus on a specific niche. It’s better to own a smaller, highly-targeted market than to compete in a crowded, generic space.

Narrow Focus

I’ve learned that being specific about your target audience and understanding their pain points deeply gives you the edge. It’s tempting to expand quickly, but the real strength lies in focusing your resources on a specific problem and solving it well.
